Accessibility

Designed to work with a keyboard, small screens and print.

Using the site

You can navigate using a keyboard. A skip link leads to the main content. Buttons and form fields have visible labels, and information does not depend on colour alone. Text can be enlarged using browser zoom.

Print and offline use

Use the print button on the checklist to keep a paper copy. After a successful online visit in a supported browser, the website can save its core pages for offline use. External websites and Amazon searches still require an internet connection. Do not rely on a cached copy for live incident information.

Browser storage

If local storage is unavailable, the checklist still works during your visit but may not be saved when you leave. The page will tell you if saving is unavailable.

Ongoing improvements

Accessibility is an ongoing task. Browser accessibility tools, text enlargement and the printable guides offer alternative ways to use the information.
